Terms & Conditions

  1. The name of the project shall be IDEAL CITY which contain residential & commercial plots.
  2. The applicants are required to make payments through cash, demands drafts, or pay orders in the name of the company against receipts. Foreign clients will send their amounts through (TT) telegraphic transfer directly in the company account.
  3. The application fee per Marla is Rs 600/- which is non-refundable.
  4. The company shall open plots of various size in the projects, which are offered for sale on ownership basis.
  5. All Pakistan and living abroad persons are also eligible to apply for a plots.
  6. All applicants for booking/allotments shall be submitted on the prescribed from duly filled-in and signed by the applicant.
  7. The commercial and residential plots of the project should be booked on the terms and conditions prescribed on the back of application form i.e. cost and payment schedules undertaking the approved documents shall be signed by the applicants/allotees, which will be part of contract/agreements.
  8. The area of plots mentioned is approximate, if actual measurement of the area is found more or less, terms and condition of the company will apply.
  9. The applicants within a specified time shall make full payment according to schedule, if payment is not received within the specified time the provisional allocation of plots shall be cancelled and the amount deposited by the applicant will be a refund after 30% dedication of the amount deposit within the company and the remaining shall be paid upon the completion of the entire project.
  10. Residential plot will not be used for commercial purpose at any time.
  11. The documentation for transfer fee will be paid by allotee for less and other charge will be paid by the allotee as and when demanded by the company.
  12. Payment schedule will be as follow:
  • Street Corner Charges 15% Road Facing 20% Main Road Corner 30%.
  • 10% Discount will be given in lump sump payment.
